How to Reply Negative Review

If you receive a negative review on Google, you may want to respond to it. This will let others see that you’ve read the review and understand why it was posted.

Here’s how to reply to it.


First, make sure you’re logged into your Google account. Then, click the three dots next to the review. Click “Reply” at the top right corner of the screen.

Explain why you disagree with the reviewer.


If you agree with the review, simply click “Agree.” Otherwise, explain why you disagree with the review. This will help you improve your business’ reputation.

Complaint :- “Highly unprofessional people…. Don’t respond to customer’s query….. Neither do they complete order in time”
